We strive to offer a comfortable, safe, and memorable experience to all our visitors. Please adhere to the following rules and regulations to ensure a delightful visit to Sunrise Dream World Resort.

General Guidelines

• Age Limit: Open to all.
• Outside food and alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside the resort. Intoxicated persons will not be permitted entry.
• All persons, bags, luggage, parcels, and other items are subject to security checks at the entry point and other locations within the resort as deemed necessary.
• Show courtesy to fellow guests and our staff. Avoid foul language, unsafe, or offensive behavior.
• The resort is under complete CCTV surveillance.
• Entry to Sunrise Dream World Resort will close one hour before the designated closing time.

Ticket Rules

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Altered or tampered tickets will be canceled.
• Do not remove, transfer, tamper with, disfigure, or mutilate wristbands. Doing so will disqualify you from accessing rides, even with a valid ticket.

Safety Guidelines

• The boating pond is shallow; diving is strictly prohibited.
• Pregnant women, heart patients, individuals with high blood pressure, epilepsy, or neck/back injuries are advised to avoid fast or adventurous rides.
• Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
• Height and weight restrictions apply to certain rides for safety reasons.
• Management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for safety or technical reasons without prior notice.

Prohibited Items and Activities

• Weapons, pets, cigarettes, and tobacco products are not allowed inside the resort.
• Outside photography, videography, or recording for commercial purposes is prohibited unless approved by management.
• Unauthorized sales, brand promotions, or distribution of materials within the resort premises are not permitted.

Additional Information

• Management is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
• Guests must follow ride safety instructions displayed near rides and given by operators. The resort is not liable for injuries caused by guest negligence.
• Proper attire must be worn at all times. A dress code is enforced for hygiene and safety.
• Scarves or shawls must not be worn during rides to ensure visitor safety.
• Entry is free for children under 3 feet tall, provided they are accompanied by adults. Such children are not permitted on adult rides.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the resort.
• Guests may need to leave the resort early if the situation warrants.

Photography and Media

By entering the resort, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Such material may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Miscellaneous

• Entry is restricted to one person per ticket, valid only for the specified date and time.
• Luggage, bags, and parcels deemed inappropriate by security must be stored at the baggage counter near the entrance.
• Queue discipline is mandatory; group members cannot join others already in line.

Important Note

Some rides may not operate due to unforeseen circumstances. We request your understanding and encourage you to enjoy the other attractions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
